Section 312 IAC 29-2-107 - "Produced water" defined

Sec. 107.

"Produced water" means water produced from any productive or potentially productive oil or gas producing interval in a well, which is not completion flow-back fluid, frac flow-back fluid, workover flow-back fluid, or encountered water.
