Section 312 IAC 29-2-103 - "Plugging pit" defined

Sec. 103.

"Plugging pit" means an excavated lined pit or above ground vessel used during the plugging of a well for storing or containing well fluids, cement, and any other fluids or solids used or encountered during the plugging of a well.
