Sec. 7.
(a) The division shall issue notice of its determination of a petition for integration in accordance with 312 IAC 29-35.(b) An order of integration is subject to IC 4-21.5.(c) An order of integration issued by the division director shall expire one (1) year from the date of issuance unless the activity authorized by the order has commenced.(d) If the activity authorized by the order has commenced within one (1) year from the date of issuance the order shall continue so long as there is production of oil, gas, or coal bed methane from the proposed unit that has not been canceled by operation of IC 32-23-8.
