Sec. 1.
(a) If at least two (2) separately owned tracts of land are located in an area of potential oil, gas, or coal bed methane production, the owners thereof may agree to integrate their interests and to develop their interests in land as a drilling unit or to unitize the production for purposes of conducting secondary, tertiary, other enhanced recovery methods, or for shared facilities among tracts.(b) The part of the production allocated to the owner or owners of interests in each tract in the drilling unit or unitized area shall be considered as if produced from a well drilled on that tract.Natural Resources Commission; 312 IAC 29-19-1; filed 12/1/2017, 10:35 a.m.: 20171227-IR-312160230FRAReadopted filed 1/17/2023, 1:53 p.m.: 20230215-IR-312220328RFA
