Section 312 IAC 29-17-5 - Notice of identification of commercially minable coal resources

Sec. 5.

(a) The identification of commercially minable coal resources under this rule is subject to IC 4-21.5.

(b) The division shall issue notice of its identification of a commercially minable coal resource in accordance with 312 IAC 29-3-5.
