Section 312 IAC 29-13-8 - Approval or denial; well spacing and drilling unit waivers and exceptions

Sec. 8.

(a) A decision to approve or deny:

(1) an exemption from drilling unit and well spacing requirements under section 2 of this rule;

(2) a well location exception under section 6 of this rule; and

(3) an alternate drilling unit under section 7 of this rule;

is subject to IC 4-21.5

(b) The division shall issue notice in accordance with 312 IAC 29-3-5 of its decision to approve or deny the following:

(1) An exemption from drilling unit and well spacing requirements under section 2 of this rule.

(2) A well location exception under section 6 of this rule.

(3) An alternate drilling unit under section 7 of this rule.
