Section 312 IAC 26-1-11 - "Rehabilitation" defined

Sec. 11.

"Rehabilitation" means to return a property to a state of utility through repair or alteration that makes possible an efficient contemporary usage while causing the preservation of those portions or features that are significant to the historical, architectural, or cultural values of the property.
