Section 312 IAC 25-6-110 - Underground mining; slides and other damage

Sec. 110.

At any time a slide occurs that may have a potential adverse effect on public property, health, safety, or the environment, the person who conducts the mining activities shall notify the director by the fastest available means and comply with any remedial measures required by the director.
