Section 312 IAC 25-6-103 - Underground mining; coal processing waste; burning

Sec. 103.

Coal processing waste fires shall be extinguished by the person who conducts the mining activities, and in accordance with applicable Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) standards.
