Section 312 IAC 25-4-50 - Surface mining permit applications; reclamation and operations plan; surface mining near underground mining

Sec. 50.

For surface mining activities within the proposed permit area to be conducted within five hundred (500) feet measured horizontally of an underground mine, the application shall describe the measures to be used to comply with 312 IAC 25-6-35.
