Section 312 IAC 25-4-4 - Compliance with permits

Sec. 4.

All persons shall conduct surface coal mining and reclamation operations under permits issued under IC 14-34 and this article, and shall comply with the terms and conditions of IC 14-34, this article, and the permit.
