Section 312 IAC 25-4-14 - Coal exploration violations

Sec. 14.

Any person who conducts any coal exploration in violation of:

(1) IC 14-34-9;

(2) sections 9 through 13 of this rule, this section, and section 15 of this rule; or

(3)312 IAC 25-6-1 through 312 IAC 25-6-4; shall be subject to IC 14-34-15 and IC 14-34-16.
