Section 312 IAC 25-1-97 - "Performance bond" defined

Sec. 97.

"Performance bond" means a surety bond, certificate of deposit, letter of credit, cash, or a combination thereof, by which a permittee assures faithful performance of all the requirements of IC 14-34, this article, and the requirements of the permit and reclamation plan.
