Section 312 IAC 25-1-56 - "General area" defined

Sec. 56.

"General area" with respect to hydrology, means the topographic and ground water basin surrounding a permit area that is of sufficient size, including area, extent, and depth, to include one (1) or more watersheds containing perennial streams and ground water zones and to allow assessment of the probable cumulative impacts on the quality and quantity of surface and ground water systems in the basins.
