Section 312 IAC 25-1-39 - "Developed water resources" defined

Sec. 39.

"Developed water resources" means land that is used for storing water for beneficial purposes, including the following:

(1) Stock ponds.

(2) Irrigation.

(3) Fire protection.

(4) Flood control.

(5) Water supply.
