Section 312 IAC 25-1-30 - "Community or institutional building" defined

Sec. 30.

"Community or institutional building" means a structure, other than a public building or an occupied dwelling, that:

(1) is used primarily for meetings, gatherings, or functions of local civic organizations or other community groups;

(2) functions as an educational, cultural, historic, religious, scientific, correctional, mental health care, or physical health care facility; or

(3) is used for:

(A) water supply;

(B) power generation;

(C) sewage treatment; or

(D) other public services.
