Section 312 IAC 25-1-18 - "Box cut spoil" defined

Sec. 18.

"Box cut spoil" means the spoil created from the initial excavation of a pit or pits that is placed upon the surface of adjacent lands. The term does not include spoil from subsequent excavations that is placed in previously excavated pits.
