Section 312 IAC 25-1-150 - "Temporary diversion" defined

Sec. 150.

"Temporary diversion" means a diversion of a stream or overland flow that is used during coal exploration or surface coal mining and reclamation operations and not approved by the director to remain after reclamation as part of the approved postmining land use.
