Section 312 IAC 25-1-146 - "Surface coal mining operations that exist on the date of enactment" defined

Sec. 146.

"Surface coal mining operations that exist on the date of enactment" means, for purposes of 312 IAC 25-3-1 through 312 IAC 25-3-2, all surface mining operations that were being conducted on August 3, 1977.
