Section 312 IAC 25-1-144 - "Surface coal mining and reclamation operations" defined

Sec. 144.

"Surface coal mining and reclamation operations" means surface coal mining operations and all activities necessary or incidental to the reclamation of such operations. The term includes surface coal mining operations.
