Section 312 IAC 25-1-10.5 - "Applicant/violator system" defined

Sec. 10.5.

"Applicant/violator system" means an automated information system of:

(1) applicant;

(2) permittee;

(3) operator;

(4) violation; and

(5) related; data maintained by the federal Office of Surface Mining to assist in implementing this article.
