Section 312 IAC 22-2-6 - Disturbing the ground in the absence of or violation of a plan

Sec. 6.

(a) A person who disturbs the ground for the purpose of discovering artifacts or burial objects must do so in accordance with a plan approved by the department in a permit issued under IC 14-21-1 and this article.
(b) Criminal sanctions for violation of IC 14-21-1 and this article are set forth in IC 14-21-1-26 and IC 14-21-1-28.
