Section 312 IAC 22-2-2 - Administration

Sec. 2.

(a) The division is responsible for conduct of the technical and professional functions of the department under this article.
(b) The review board or the division director may make an initial order or determination under this article.
(c) The commission is the ultimate authority for a final order or determination under this article.
