Section 312 IAC 20-4-3 - Applicability of definitions

Sec. 3.

(a) Except as otherwise specified, the definitions in IC 14 and 312 IAC 1 apply throughout this rule.

(b) In addition to the definitions referenced in subsection (a), the definitions in sections 4 through 6 of this rule apply throughout this rule.
