Section 312 IAC 20-4-1 - Application of rule

Sec. 1.

Except as provided in section 2 of this rule, this rule governs an action to alter, demolish, or remove by a project funded by the state, in whole or in part, either of the following:

(1) A historic site or historic structure owned by the state.

(2) A historic site or historic structure listed on the National Register or Indiana register.
