Sec. 3.
(a) Except as provided in subsection (b), the director or a deputy director may withdraw an item from a meeting agenda at least forty-eight (48) hours before the meeting is scheduled to begin. Notification of the withdrawal shall be delivered to the following address: Division of Hearings
