Section 312 IAC 1.5-2-8 - Pedestrian or bicycle entrance fee

Sec. 8.

(a) Except as provided in subsection (b), the fee for a pedestrian or a bicycle to enter a property owned or managed by the department for one (1) calendar day is two dollars ($2) a day.
(b) The fee under subsection (a) is not required for an individual less than five (5) years of age.
(c) The purchase receipt from paying the fee under subsection (a) acts as a pass to enter the property.
