Section 312 IAC 1.5-2-3 - Fee for annual pass issued to resident

Sec. 3.

(a) Except as provided in subsection (b), the fee for an annual pass issued to a resident is fifty dollars ($50) a year.

(b) The fee for an annual pass for a resident of Van Buren Township at Brown County State Park is five dollars ($5) a year.
