Section 312 IAC 14-2-3 - "Bond" defined

Sec. 3.

"Bond" means a surety bond, cash, or certificate of deposit posted by a timber buyer under IC 25-36.5-1 for the use and benefit of the people of Indiana and for the use and benefit of any timber grower.
