Section 312 IAC 13-8-2 - Radial collector wells

Sec. 2.

Plans and specifications for a radial collector well must be approved by the division before drilling begins. Factors to be considered by the division include the following:

(1) The depth of the well.

(2) Well casing materials.

(3) Well sealing procedures.

(4) Types of aquifer materials.

(5) The location of the proposed well.
