Section 312 IAC 13-1-3.7 - "Bedrock aquifer" defined

Sec. 3.7.

"Bedrock aquifer" means a consolidated water-bearing formation that has the ability to receive, store, and transmit water in an amount sufficient to satisfy a beneficial use.
