Section 312 IAC 11-2-8 - "Director or a delegate" defined

Sec. 8.

"Director or a delegate" means the director, the deputy director for the bureau of water and resource regulation, or an employee of the department to whom the director has delegated authority to perform a function under IC 14-26.
