Section 312 IAC 11-2-4 - "Boatwell" defined

Sec. 4.

"Boatwell" means a manmade excavation along the shoreline or water line of a public freshwater lake that:

(1) is used for the mooring of a boat; and

(2) has been stabilized to prevent erosion.
