Section 312 IAC 11-2-27.5 - "Upland side of a manmade channel" defined

Sec. 27.5.

"Upland side of a manmade channel" means those sections of the shoreline along a manmade channel where less than six hundred twenty-five (625) square feet of contiguous emergent vegetation or rooted vegetation with floating leaves are present.
