Section 312 IAC 10-3-7 - Temporary licenses for recreational vehicles

Sec. 7.

Notwithstanding section 6(a) of this rule, a local ordinance may authorize a license for the placement of a recreational vehicle in the floodway or the fringe if the recreational vehicle is required to be both of the following:

(1) On the site for fewer than one hundred eighty (180) consecutive days.
(2) Fully licensed and ready for use on a public highway.
