Section 312 IAC 10-2-5 - "Base condition" defined

Sec. 5.

"Base condition" means the condition of the flood plain on January 1, 1973, but without any unauthorized dam or levee. If an activity after December 31, 1972, lowered the regulatory flood profile, the flood plain under the lower profile is the base condition.
