Section 312 IAC 10-2-45 - "Wetland restoration measure" defined

Sec. 45.

"Wetland restoration measure" means a practice or combination of practices to restore a degraded or filled wetland. The conversion of an unaltered wetland to another aquatic use is not included within the definition.
