Section 312 IAC 10-2-24.5 - "Hard mineral resources" defined

Sec. 24.5.

"Hard mineral resources" means naturally occurring alluvial deposits of the following:

(1) Gold.

(2) Platinum.

(3) Silver.

(4) Lead.

(5) Copper.

(6) Diamonds and other gemstones.

(7) Other similar materials.
