Section 312 IAC 1-1-3 - "Animal" defined

Sec. 3.

"Animal" includes all:

(1) mammals;

(2) birds;

(3) reptiles;

(4) amphibians;

(5) fish;

(6) crustaceans; and

(7) mollusks.
