Section 312 IAC 1-1-29.5 - "Waterway" defined

Sec. 29.5.

"Waterway" means:

(1) a river;

(2) a stream;

(3) a creek;

(4) a run;

(5) a channel;

(6) a ditch;

(7) a lake;

(8) a reservoir; or

(9) an embayment.
