Section 31 IAC 5-9-30 - Agency election

Sec. 30.

The administrative heads of the state police, conservation officers, and state excise police shall notify the state personnel director whether the provisions of this rule will apply to their employees or whether they will establish separate plans providing equal benefits under IC 5-10-8-4 and IC 5-10-8-6.
