Section 31 IAC 5-5-2 - Payroll and attendance records

Sec. 2.

(a) Each appointing authority shall maintain an attendance record for each employee, which record shall be subject to audit by the state personnel department at any time.

(b) Payroll accounts bearing the:

(1) name and class title or corresponding code number; and

(2) amount to be paid every employee; shall be certified by the appointing authority or his or her designee.
