Section 31 IAC 5-2-1 - Applications; verification

Sec. 1.

(a) Application for employment shall:

(1) be made in the manner prescribed by the director; and

(2) require information covering experience and training and other pertinent information.

(b) An applicant may be required to furnish verification of qualifying experience.

(c) Any individual claiming credit for training beyond the level of high school graduation is required to submit an official transcript or other official document certifying to the validity of the training.
