"Licensed professional geologist" refers to a licensed professional geologist as defined by IC 25-17.6-1-4[IC 25-17.6-1-4 was repealed by P.L. 17-1999, SECTION 35, effective July 1, 1999. See IC 25-17.6-1-6.5.].
