Section 250 IAC 2-1-10 - "Law enforcement officer" defined

Sec. 10.

"Law enforcement officer" means any person hired by and on the payroll of the state or one (1) of its political subdivisions, whether part-time or full-time, to enforce all or some of the penal laws of the state and who has the power to effect arrests of persons who violate those laws.
