Section 25 IAC 5-5-1 - Policy; procurement and contracting

Sec. 1.

(a) It is the policy of the state to provide an equal opportunity for minority and women's business enterprises to participate in the state's procurement and contracting processes as prime contractors.

(b) Pursuant to IC 4-13-1.3-3, the department may delegate its authority to a state agency.
