Section 25 IAC 2-9-1 - Partial pay estimates; submission, review and approval procedure

Sec. 1.

Contractor shall submit partial pay estimates as set out in the respective contract documents, but not more frequently than once a month, using the established forms supplied by the Division. Such estimates shall be submitted to the Designer for his review and approval. Designer must warrant that the work as described in the estimate has been accomplished and materials listed have been received and secured. The estimate shall then be transmitted to the Division for approval and then submitted to the Director and Commissioner for approval of payment.
