Section 25 IAC 2-7-4 - Contract letter; documents required to initiate work

Sec. 4.

The Contract shall be transmitted to the Contractor for his execution by a letter stating that the Contractor unless otherwise instructed in writing, should not commence any work or take delivery of noninventory materials until he receives a copy of the fully executed contract signed by all required signatories and all auxiliary documents including but not limited to insurance and bonds are completed and furnished to the state.
