Section 25 IAC 2-14-3 - Prequalification denial; eligibility for projects under $150,000

Sec. 3.

Those contractors that apply for, but are denied, prequalification by the certification board are still eligible to bid or to subcontract on all public works projects valued at less than one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) unless otherwise restricted by the division.
