Section 220 IAC 1.1-3-5 - Alcohol or controlled substances abuse

Sec. 5.

Abuse of Alcohol or Controlled Substances. The following conduct is a violation of parole:

(1) being intoxicated, or

(2) using, possessing or trafficking illegally in a controlled substance.

Abuse of alcohol or drugs is not a defense for violation of the parole release agreement.
